Financial Commission?
The Financial Commission is an independent self-regulatory organization and external dispute resolution (EDR) body, that is dedicated specifically to Forex. It operates in a way where transparency, swiftness, and education are the paramount values.
The Compensation Fund
The Compensation Fund acts as an insurance policy for clients of certified member brokers. Financed directly by the Commission through regular membership dues, the fund guarantees coverage of up to €20,000 per client should a member broker refuse to abide by a binding judgment issued by the Financial Commission.

Who is Covered?
Eligible Claims
- Claims supported by an official ruling from the Financial Commission.
- Disputes submitted by clients of listed member brokers via the official portal.
What is Not Covered
- Trading losses incurred through self-directed trading activity.
- Total institutional client liabilities in the case of broker insolvency.
