It is strongly proposed to you to not engage in any trading activity unless you fully understand the risks involved in trading each financial instrument. Clients are advised to determine the risk appetite and not invest more than they are prepared to lose. Inveslo will not provide client advice or recommendations related to investments.

  • The processing time may increase in case of variations in the market conditions (from normal conditions)
  • Setting the Stop Loss level does not always guarantee full or complete limit losses.
  • Friday’s closing prices may differ from Monday’s opening prices. Therefore, it is recommended that you close the orders before the weekend if you are not comfortable with the price changes over the weekend.
  • Financial markets are not 100% profitable and may not always work in your favor, especially the Forex market which has high intraday volatility. This means, there would either be profits or losses.

  • According to Inveslo’s Privacy Policy, we have to keep our client's data and information fully secure. However, the company is not responsible if any third party’s access to the information. For instance, a third party getting hold of the information through a client’s email.
  • The client is fully responsible and shall bear the financial losses that occur in case of not receiving any important message or update via internal email sent by the company due to technical reasons.

The client shall be fully responsible for the financial losses that occur due to technical issues caused at the client’s side, such as failure of software or hardware, lost internet connection, issues with communication systems, etc.

Further, the client shall be responsible for the risks of losses caused due to:

  • Connection interruptions, overloading, transmission blackouts, or electricity failure, either on the Client’s side, or the Company, or both.
  • Software or telecommunication facilities failure.
  • Execution of unplanned transactions in case the order is repeated before receiving the results of the last order’s processing.
  • Breach into client’s trading system by any third party.

Leverage allows you to place bigger trades. However, it can work both for and against you. Please note there is no certainty of earning more profits with more leverage. Remember the risks involved as the higher the leverage is, the bigger the risk of loss will be. You are strongly advised to carefully analyze the possibilities and choose the leverage size according to your risk appetite.

The company is not responsible for any financial losses sustained by the Client due to force majeure circumstances, namely: natural disasters, terror attacks, acts of war, extraordinary weather conditions, currency interventions, riots, revolution, stoppage of financial market trading, illegal actions by any third parties, government or state body decisions, unstable financial markets, and other significant changes of counteragents working process.

  • The client is responsible for the losses sustained due to the restrictions imposed under or by the legislation.
  • The client shall be responsible for the financial losses that occur due to psychological risks.
